The Application of machine:
The production line is mainly used for punching, marking and cutting channel steel in three side in power, communication,automobile,steel structure and other industries. The punching process is fully digitally controlled. High efficiency and high dimensional accuracy. Three sided punching of channel steel.
The Structure and features:
This device consists of six main parts: Loading platform, feeding section, main machine section, finished product unloading and palletizing section, hydraulic power section, electrical control section.
- Loading platform
The synchronization of three belt block chains is achieved through the transmission of electric motors and reducers through sprockets and chains, and through two long shafts and self-made couplings. This ensures smooth and low-noise transportation of channel steel and other materials. The function of this section is to transport channel steel and other materials to the designated location for retrieval by the feeding claw.
- Feeding section
It is mainly composed of feeding channel and CNC trolley unit.
The feeding channel is composed of conveying rollers, brackets, racks, precision linear guides, side positioning wheel sets, lateral clamping devices, etc. The side positioning wheel sets and lateral clamping devices together fix the billet laterally.
The CNC feeding trolley is composed of servo motor, driving gear, synchronous belt, trolley frame, clamping pliers, etc. The feeding channel and the feeding trolley are inseparable. During work, the CNC car pushes the material on the material path forward, feeding the workpiece into the main machine for punching operations.
3. Host part
This section consists of three sets of punching stations and corresponding pressing parts, which can achieve punching of two hole diameters for the channel steel web plate and two hole diameters for the side wing plates on both sides.
The six sets of punch heads in the punching area are switched by a pneumatic selection mechanism under PLC control according to the program.
4.The cutting unit adopts a combination of vertical plates and workbenches, which facilitates the extraction of the cutting frame.
- Finished product unloading part
It consists of workpiece support rollers, roller frames, steel frames, magnetic crossbeams, etc.
After the cutting is completed, the private server unloading control system start and automatically stacks finished channel according to the program.
6.The hydraulic system consists of oil tank, high pressure and low pressure pump group, cooler, main valve group and other control valve groups. It is used to provide working power to each oil cylinder of the machine.
7.The electrical control system
It is composed of an electrical operating cabinet, operating box and a trolley operating station.
(1) On the host computer is installed the control software with which inputting the processing parameters onto the computer to finish the programming. The computer also identify the programming fire which is made from CAD OR CAM.
(2) With the PLC of Japan Mitsubishi Corporation as the control core, it is equipped with a three-axis CNC module, which forms a position control loop together with the X, A, and B axis servos, so that the PLC and CNC are integrated, which greatly improves the reliability of the system.
(3) X, A, B axis drive adopts advanced AC brushless servo motor to ensure fast and accurate positioning and maintenance-free.
(4) The control software monitors the operation of the machine at any time. When a fault occurs, the screen will display the detailed cause and treatment method of the fault.
