Product structure characteristics:
1. High degree of automation. All holes and steel seal marks on the angle steel can be processed through this production line at once without manual assistance, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.

The feeding device of this production line is driven by a servo motor, with gear and rack transmission, and equipped with a detection gear and a detection encoder for position accuracy feedback, forming a fully closed-loop control; The movement of the drilling power head in the direction of the two wings of the angle steel is driven by a servo motor and transmitted by a ball screw, thereby ensuring high precision in the position of the hole on the angle steel workpiece.
4. High drilling efficiency and drilling quality. The drilling unit is equipped with six sets of CNC drilling power heads, with three sets on each wing of the angle steel. The upper ends of the two wings of the angle steel have holes of the same diameter and distance, and the corresponding drilling power heads on both sides can be drilled simultaneously.
5. The drilling spindle is from Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (internal cooling), and the drill bit is made of cemented carbide. The cutting speed of the drill bit can reach 200m/min (25-35m/min for high-speed steel Fried Dough Twists drills), and the feeding speed is fast. The servo motor drives the feed of the CNC drilling power head, and the fast forward, work forward, and rewind of the drill bit are controlled by the CNC system and automatically completed. The retreat position of the drill bit can be set in the upper computer, reducing the idle stroke and further improving production efficiency. The aperture tolerance of the hole is less than 0.1mm, the smoothness Ra of the hole is less than 6.3 μ m, and the machining quality of the hole is relatively high.
6. It is recommended to use a hard alloy drill bit that can be converted into a blade drill bit. The blade has four cutting blades, which are replaceable and do not require grinding, resulting in low production costs. The cooling of the drill bit adopts the most advanced MQL (Minimum Quantities of Lubricant) cooling system internationally. The MQL system can mix compressed air with a very small amount of lubricant (cutting oil) and vaporize it before spraying it into the machining area for effective cooling and lubrication. The consumption of cutting oil is extremely low, about 5-50ml/h.
7. The cooling effect is good, and it will not cause cutting fluid to flow out of the machining unit, thus keeping the factory floor clean and eliminating the need for cleaning, processing, and containing these cooling fluids.
8. The linear guide for the movement of the drilling power head adopts a roller linear guide, which has good rigidity, high static and dynamic load capacity, and smooth operation, thus improving the quality of the machined workpiece and the service life of the tool.
9. The main solenoid valves of the hydraulic system are made of Italian ATOS products, and the hydraulic pipelines are connected by sleeve type pipelines. The cooling of the hydraulic system is done by air cooling.
10. The upper computer is easy to operate. It can display the coordinates and dimensions of the workpiece graphics and hole positions for easy inspection, and can also accept workpiece processing programs generated by layout software. Adopting upper computer management greatly facilitates the storage and retrieval of programs.
The numerical control system can perform calculations. Based on the input raw material specifications (length, edge width, and thickness) and the machining drawings of the workpiece to be machined, the system can automatically calculate and optimize the number of semi-finished products and surplus materials that can be machined from a single raw material, the distribution of different aperture sizes on each workpiece, and the product code of each workpiece; You can also choose different processing drawings and recalculate the process parameters.
