Apply scope:
This machine is a gantry mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine, which is mainly used for drilling, tapping, and milling of flanges, heat exchangers, tube plates, rotary supports, and other workpieces. It can not only use carbide drills for internal cooling high-speed drilling but also high-speed steel Twists drills for external cooling drilling. The process is CNC controlled, which is very convenient to operate and can achieve automated high-precision, and multi-variety batch production.
Product structure characteristics:
1. The machine mainly consists of the base and the longitudinal slide table, the gantry and the horizontal slide table, the vertical sliding pillow drilling power box, the work table, the electric control system, the hydraulic system, the cooling system, the chip remover system, the centralized lubrication system and so on.
2. The lathe bed and worktable are made of high-quality gray iron (HT250) by casting.
After two times of tempering heat treatment to remove the stress. It features good dynamics and
static rigidity and small deformation.
3. The left and right lathe beds are arranged longitudinally, and the foundation bolts are solidified with concrete. The lathe bed is leveled with anchor bolts and fixed on the equipment foundation.
4. Two precision roller linear guide pairs are installed on each of the two lathe bed bodies, and a set of precision ball screw pairs is installed in the middle of each guide pair. A high-quality CNC slide table is installed on each guide pair, and one end of the bed body is equipped with a large inertia AC servo motor.
5. The mobile gantry adopts a cast structure and a guide rail with a different surface structure. It undergoes two rounds of heat treatment to remove stress. The two left and right legs of the gantry are installed on the column slides of the two beds. The two sets of high inertia AC servo motors on the left and right beds synchronously drive two precision ball screw pairs to drive the CNC sliding table and gantry to move longitudinally (X1 axis and X2 axis). Two sets of linear guide rails on the left and right beds ensure high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
6. Two precision roller linear guide rails are installed on the bed on two sides, one set of precision ball screw pair is installed in the middle, one set of high-quality gray iron casting CNC slide table is installed on the guide pair, and one set of large AC servo motor is installed on the end of the bed.
7. The spindle motor uses a special servo motor to drive the spindle through the synchronous belt, step-less speed regulation, low-speed torque, can withstand the heavy cutting load, and can be suitable for high-speed machining of hard alloy tools.
8. CNC sliding pillow-type power head is mounted on two sets of horizontally moving skateboards. The Y-axis movement of the pillow-type drilling power head is guided by two linear guides to ensure high precision in operation.
9. Vertical CNC feed slider type power head, the spindle motor of the power head adopts a spindle-specific servo motor driven by a synchronous belt, 1-2, low-speed torque, can withstand heavy cutting loads, and is also suitable for high-speed machining of hard alloy cutting tools. Realize the integration of drilling and milling.
10. The power head spindle adopts Precision Spindle (high-speed internal cooling) brand "KENTURN" from Taiwan, with a spindle taper BT50, featuring a butterfly spring hydraulic puller mechanism, and an air-liquid cylinder for loosening and grasping the tool, replacing the tool very convenient. It can be equipped with hard alloy internal cooling drills and high-speed steel Fried Dough Twists and has a spindle taper cleaning function.
11. High-quality casting workbench and bed-integrated design. Increased equipment rigidity. Several horizontal T-shaped groove strips can be machined on the workbench, and the workpiece can be pressed tightly with a pressure plate through the T-shaped grooves.
Optional: The working table can be equipped with a Self-centering hydraulic clamping device, which can quickly and automatically clamp the tube plate.
12. The machine is equipped with an electronic handwheel operation system for edge inspection and positioning of workpieces. After setting the feed position for drilling the first hole, the program of fast feed → working feed → fast retreat can be implemented for drilling the remaining holes, thus saving a significant amount of time during the machining process and greatly improving production efficiency. Additionally, it also features automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functions.
13. This machine is equipped with a flat chain automatic chip conveyor and a chip collection cart for the automatic collection of iron chips.
14. The cooling system is equipped with a high-pressure internal cooling pump and a low-pressure external cooling pump, which can be used for internal or external cooling of the cutting tools. The cooling fluid is forced to circulate.
15. This machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate various moving components such as guide rails, screw threads, bearings, and other moving pairs.
16. The X-axis of the machine is equipped with a stainless steel protective cover, and the Y-axis is equipped with flexible protective covers on both sides. A waterproof sheet metal system is installed around the workbench.
17. This machine tool is equipped with LED machine lights, which are conducive to observation and operation. An air gun is installed on the front side of the machine body, facilitating the cleaning of iron chips on the workbench.
18. The machine is equipped with a photoelectric edge detector, which facilitates the alignment of the workpiece position.
19. This machine tool is equipped with a nitrogen balancing system to achieve hydraulic balance for the vertical ram.
20. The CNC operating system of this machine is installed on the right side of the gantry and can move longitudinally along with the gantry, making the operation convenient.
21. The CNC system of this machine tool adopts a full set of Siemens 808D bus version control systems, equipped with RS232 interface and LCD display screen. The drilling coordinates can achieve direct conversion between CAD/CAM, which facilitates programming, storage, display, and communication. The operation interface features human-machine dialogue, error compensation, automatic alarm, and other functions.
22. This machine is equipped with our company's self-developed CAD drawing conversion software, eliminating the need for manual programming for drilling. The workpiece hole positions can be inputted via the keyboard or CAD floppy disk, and the processing program will be automatically generated. It features pre-drilling hole position preview and recheck functions, making operation convenient.
