The components and Feature:
1.The mechanical part of the machine is mainly composed of a work table, a power chuck and a cutting head. 

2.The worktable and the power chuck adopt the overall design and mechanically complete machining, so that the longitudinal guide rail and the shaft of the power chuck are kept parallel, which greatly improves the working precision of the machine. 3. Two parallel linear guide rails are mounted on the side of the table, and precision racks are mounted between the guide rails. The gears are driven by the drive system on the moving body to realize the longitudinal gear and the rack drive. 

3.The power chuck drives the chuck to rotate through the servo motor and the timing pulley, and the work piece is driven by the chuck to realize the forward and reverse rotation.

5.The rotating device of the machine adopts two sets of mutually parallel multi-group chuck drives. When working, it is only necessary to directly hang the pipe to the working platform, and the two sets of chucks are used to automatically set the axis line of the pipe, so that the pipe is loaded and unloaded. Very convenient.

6.The CNC intersecting wire cutting machine is based on a five-axis digital control system. The linkage of multiple motion axes of the entire machine is controlled by the system. The five axes are defined as:
Y-axis: The work piece rotates left and right along its center line.
X axis: The moving body moves left and right along the axial direction of the work piece.
A-axis: The torch is axially yawed around the surface of the work piece.
B-axis: The torch is radially deflected around the cutting point of the work piece surface.
Z axis: The torch is vertically raised and lowered.
The motion axes of the machine are driven by AC servo motors. The system control is controlled by industrial computer, fully digital, with high stability and reliability.

7.All gas circuits are equipped with solenoid valves and regulating valves, which can easily realize artificial intelligence control cutting procedures. An oxygen, gas or plasma source is delivered to the torch through the pipeline. In order to meet the needs of various cutting processes, the gas supply system uses multiple sets of solenoid valves to control the on and off of various air flows. The working pressure of various gases is regulated by a regulator (or a pressure reducing valve).
